The difference between network marketing and being an employee or a self employed

An employee trades his or her own time for money. As an employee you submit your 8hours daily to your employer who in turn uses your time to make a lot of money and pay you back very little amount out of the money made. Meaning you don't have time freedom as an employee, you don't have control over your time because you have agreed to use that time to build someone's else biz.

In network marketing, you are building your own independent biz, no one control  you. You get paid by the no of productive hours you spent building your biz

 Second is the financial freedom. You get paid salary as an employee but you have streams of income as a network marketer. You earn on your past efforts. The number of people that got introduced into the biz through you, the more your money. Not only those you introduce, those they also introduced is in your network so you earn a  particular percentage on them.

 You are the determinant of your own income

 BuT for every one genuine network marketing company, there are more than 20 counterfeits. To partner with any company there are some criteria you put into consideration

1. The reputation of the company: this is a very important factor in choosing a network marketing company to partner with. If the antecedent of a particular company is bad, it will be very hard to talk about it convince ppl about such company. 

2.No of years of existence (test of time): you must also confirm how many years the company has been in existence to be sure they can withstand the test of time. They can  withstand heat. 

3.Product and service they render: no network marketing company survives without having a product or service they render. If they don't, they will soon fold up or crash

4. How many countries they operate.: it must be a well known company 

5. Compensation plan: this is the most important of all. This tells us what you expect form the company if you are able to grow fast in the organization
